To help maintain the positive direction of the Council, the RCEC Board of Directors have implemented three-year Strategic Plans dating back many years.

The latest Strategic plan was approved by the Board in April 2024.  The Board focused on next steps to continue the evolution of the RCEC to achieve its Vision of being the provider of regulatory-compliance focused training excellence in Canada.
